My name is Alex. I am Midwest transplant who has fully embraced my adoptive home in Southern California. I’m at that point in my life where I have plenty of ideas of where I’d like to be in 10 years, but only half a clue of how to get there. I graduated from UCSB in 2016 with a degree in Communication, and I will fight Comm major stereotypes till the day I die.

When I’m not trying to figure my life out, I love to travel and spend time with my family and boyfriend of 6 (almost 7) years. I am obsessed with all things Disney, Harry Potter, and Zelda (among other very nerdy pursuits). I have a Siberian Husky named Merlin who is the light of my life (and the sassiest furball you’ll ever meet). I work as a freelance music photographer and I also run a business selling handmade jewelry and accessories. I was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and I currently live in the suburbs of Los Angeles because ya girl can’t afford city rent.
